Payment Methods

Bank Transfer

Bank transfers are the ideal option when paying us any money for rent or deposits; they are quick, easy and have no associated fees involved on our end.

If you are having issues paying your rent on time, please contact our accounts department to discuss this as soon as possible, and we will help out where we can.

When making payments, please use the correct reference number. For example, if you live at Flat 1, 150 Chapel Street, your reference number may be CS150F01 or something similar! This will make sure the payment is assigned to your account

For international bank transfers, please be aware that your bank will likely charge you an overseas transaction fee, so please remember to either arrange this with them beforehand or factor it into the payment amount to avoid any potential shortfall in the balance when the money reaches us.

Cash

We accept cash payments at our office, although we recommend that if you need to make large payments to us you choose a different payment method to avoid having to carry large amounts of cash on your person.

Cheques / Cards / Other Payment Forms

Regretfully we cannot currently accept payment in the form of cheques, cards or any other payment forms for rental payments, deposits or any other charges.

The only exception to this is the initial Holding Deposit, which can only be paid via bank transfer by the names applicants.
