Collecting Keys

Collecting Keys

You can pick up your keys from us starting at 12pm on the first day of your tenancy (subject to appointment availability) or at a later date should you wish, however we'd appreciate if you could offer an approximate date if you're not sure.

Most importantly, due to the Government's strict stance on the Right to Rent legislation, we are forced to do a final check and see physical original and valid Right to Rent documents at the key collection appointment before we hand over any keys. Please see this link for a list of approved documents but usually a physical passport should suffice - this does also mean we are unable to release keys on behalf of another person, and all keys must be collected/released during our office hours.

Please note that your liability for energy bills begins from the start date on your Tenancy Agreement, regardless of when you collect keys and/or physically move into the property

All keys are to be collected from our office Chapel Street Office, Unit 3, 150 Chapel Street, Salford, M3 6AF at the confirmed Key Collection Appointment time.
