A gym and residents' lounge with a communal terrace have been provided on level 2 of The Stile building for use by all residents at Meadowside. Use of the gym is subject to completing an induction which should be arranged by appointment with the concierge.

Ventilation in your apartment

A Vent-Axia Sentinel Kinetic Plus ventilation with heat recovery system has been fitted in your apartment. This system works by constantly bringing fresh air and removing old, stale air, whilst retaining up to 90% of the heat. The fan automatically goes into boost mode when a bathroom light is switched on or if the boost switch in the kitchen is turned on.

This system should not be turned off in any circumstances as it helps prevent condensation buildup from occurring which if turned off will create a build of mildew and mould damage to the property.
