Utility Bills

You will need to set up accounts for electricity, water, council tax, and broadband once you've moved into your new home. When your tenancy has started, we will have sent you a Move-In Inventory Report containing the initial meter readings and the Meter Serial Number (also known as MSN) and you will need to set up accounts with your chosen providers independently.

Your Move-In Report is sent via InventoryHive.co.uk so do check your junk inbox if you have not received it, if you cannot find the link let us know and we can resend the invitation!

  • Electricity: Use this link to find the current supplier information to open an account or shop around to find the best rate/deals. You are welcome to change electricity providers

Ventilation in your apartment

A Vent-Axia Sentinel Kinetic Plus ventilation with heat recovery system has been fitted in your apartment. This system works by constantly bringing fresh air and removing old, stale air, whilst retaining up to 90% of the heat. The fan automatically goes into boost mode when a bathroom light is switched on or if the boost switch in the kitchen is turned on.

This system should not be turned off in any circumstances as it helps prevent condensation buildup from occurring which if turned off will create a build of mildew and mould damage to the property.
