As our maintenance team are required to work on a priority basis, please visit our common maintenance problems page to see if your problem can be resolved quickly with minimal hassle.

Reporting an Issue

If the maintenance help pages did not solve your maintenance issue, please report the to us via an email to maintenance@beecityliving.co.uk. We endeavour to reply to any maintenance reports within 48 hours, if you are reporting something you feel may be urgent please send us an email and call the office on 0161 211 3908 to follow up. 

We ask that all tenants CC other tenants into the same email so all tenants can contribute to reporting any maintenance issues and help answers questions directed by the maintenance team - often we are find that we are being contacted separately about the same issue/same property which can delay the maintenance team acting swiftly in resolving an issue.

What information should I tell you?

It would be really helpful when you report a maintenance issue to attach any relevant videos, often clear information of where the issue is located and which room and offer clear photos of your issue. This preliminary information greatly helps the maintenance team during the investigation stage and can help direct questions swiftly.
